These Terms of Use apply to your use of realquellmedia.com (the "Site"). The Site is run by Quell Media, a sole proprietorship owned by Tommy Bossenbrook in Bozeman, Montana ("Quell Media," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What the Site is for
The Site describes our customer-interview and testimonial video services and shares articles about marketing. It's for general information only. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.
2. Our services are covered by a separate agreement
When a business hires us, the work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with anything on the Site, the signed agreement controls. Prices, packages and promotions shown on the Site (including any free first video) may change at any time. They are available at our discretion and are subject to a written agreement.
3. People who appear in our videos
Everyone we film signs a release before filming that explains how their name, image, voice and words may be used. That release, not these Terms, governs the use of their likeness.
4. Our content
The Site's text, design, logo, photos and videos belong to Quell Media or are used with permission. You may link to and share pages from the Site. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. "Quell Media" and our logo identify our business. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
5. Articles and information
Our blog articles are general information, not legal, financial or professional marketing advice. We cite third-party research in good faith, but we don't control those sources, and their findings may change or not apply to your situation. Results from marketing vary, and we don't guarantee any particular result.
6. Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party websites, such as research sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Site. For example, don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

If you misuse the Site or violate these Terms, you agree to cover any resulting claims, losses and reasonable legal costs we incur.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Gallatin County, Montana.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
